I usually love to post pictures on my Instagram because it gives you so many options to customise your photo how you like it.  I haven’t posted anything for so long but I think I need to start posting more professional pictures or videos. Now, I am trying to collect videos to do a showreel instead of posting them on social media. So, until I do a showreel, I wouldn’t post any pictures on it until it's done. I think it’s important to have some professional accepts on your personal Instagram for marketing purposes.

Instagram is the easiest way to communicate with people with pictures because you just scroll down and see other people’s photographic lives. This application is mainly for photos and that’s why it gives you so many choices to customise it. The way you filter your photos to look better, the more people will look at it, like your photos and build you up to do have more followers.

The purpose of this application it’s to put everything together rather than separate you from personal to professional life. I prefer to give both so, whoever is interested in my profile will get both sides to my life.

Before as a dancer, we are humans first and some people don’t know how a dancer’s life is. So it’s important to keep your personal life whilst on your journey in the professional world.

I used this website, last year because my college advised us to make an account to help us find future auditions even if we've left. I haven't used it that many times during my time at college purely because I had my college agency to sending me all the important auditions. Task 2a - Reflecting practice

At the end of my second year at Bird college summer show, I auditioned for a piece of choreography from choreographers that came to teach in college. The name of the choreography is "Penguins" because the theme of the show was "Seasons". The choreographer was really nice but the same time he was really strict about his work and that make me work harder because I know someday I will meet him again and I want him to remember me; hopefully working with him again. The rehearsals was every weekend for five weeks and the last week was every day for 6 hours every day. At the rehearsals was a mixture of second years and third years from college.
